
萬洋集團三月份暨一季度生產經營會召開
本報訊 4月13日,萬洋集團(tuan)三月份暨一季度生產(chan)經營會(hui)在三樓(lou)會(hui)議室召(zhao)開(kai)。集團(tuan)公司(si)班子成員,子公司(si)、事業(ye)部(bu)、集團(tuan)行政部(bu)門負責人參加會(hui)議。
首先(xian),總(zong)(zong)(zong)經理盧(lu)振海通報了集團(tuan)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司三月份(fen)暨一(yi)(yi)季度(du)生產(chan)(chan)經營情況(kuang)。3月份(fen),集團(tuan)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司整(zheng)體生產(chan)(chan)形勢穩定。總(zong)(zong)(zong)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司方(fang)面除白銀、精碲外,其他10種產(chan)(chan)品(pin)產(chan)(chan)量超額(e)完(wan)成(cheng)計(ji)劃目(mu)標(biao);子(zi)(zi)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司除綠色能(neng)源、物流公(gong)(gong)(gong)司外,其他單位(wei)均超額(e)完(wan)成(cheng)計(ji)劃任務。一(yi)(yi)季度(du),總(zong)(zong)(zong)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司因(yin)原料、鉛鋅系統檢修(xiu)等因(yin)素影響,4種產(chan)(chan)品(pin)未完(wan)成(cheng)年度(du)計(ji)劃的25%;子(zi)(zi)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司僅有2種產(chan)(chan)品(pin)達成(cheng)季度(du)目(mu)標(biao)。總(zong)(zong)(zong)經理認真(zhen)總(zong)(zong)(zong)結分(fen)析了一(yi)(yi)季度(du)銷售(shou)收入、購銷差價、單位(wei)成(cheng)本、大(da)修(xiu)費用(yong)、消耗(hao)指(zhi)標(biao)等方(fang)面的情況(kuang),要求(qiu)各生產(chan)(chan)單位(wei)精心部(bu)署、合(he)理安排,降成(cheng)本、追欠(qian)產(chan)(chan),確保完(wan)成(cheng)上半年各項目(mu)標(biao);經營單位(wei)要積(ji)極研究(jiu)市場,主(zhu)動分(fen)析市場,瞄準有利時機,果斷決策,爭取最大(da)利潤。總(zong)(zong)(zong)經理還要求(qiu)全(quan)體員工(gong)要把(ba)(ba)“思想(xiang)(xiang)道德建設”放在第一(yi)(yi)位(wei),敢(gan)想(xiang)(xiang)敢(gan)干,勇于擔當(dang),在各自的崗位(wei)上出(chu)主(zhu)意想(xiang)(xiang)辦法,把(ba)(ba)全(quan)部(bu)的精氣神釋放出(chu)來,為(wei)萬洋的發展竭盡(jin)全(quan)力。
最(zui)后,董事長(chang)(chang)盧一(yi)明作(zuo)(zuo)重要講話。他著(zhu)重強調(diao)四(si)點:一(yi)是(shi)追欠(qian)(qian)(qian)產(chan)(chan)。一(yi)季度利潤(run)沒有(you)(you)超過計(ji)劃(hua)目標25%的(de)單(dan)(dan)(dan)位(wei),要寫出欠(qian)(qian)(qian)產(chan)(chan)原因、補(bu)救措施,把(ba)(ba)責(ze)任(ren)擔起來(lai)(lai),把(ba)(ba)欠(qian)(qian)(qian)產(chan)(chan)補(bu)上來(lai)(lai)。集(ji)團公(gong)(gong)司領導要逐個(ge)走(zou)訪欠(qian)(qian)(qian)產(chan)(chan)單(dan)(dan)(dan)位(wei),幫(bang)助其盡快把(ba)(ba)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)搞上去(qu)。二(er)是(shi)創新工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)思路。疫(yi)情給企業(ye)發(fa)展(zhan)帶來(lai)(lai)了(le)困難,各(ge)單(dan)(dan)(dan)位(wei)要積極研(yan)究,創新工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)方法(fa)(fa),嘗試網絡(luo)等新型銷售模(mo)式(shi),另(ling)辟途徑求(qiu)效益。各(ge)單(dan)(dan)(dan)位(wei)負責(ze)人要抓住二(er)季度這個(ge)黃金期,多溝(gou)通、多謀劃(hua),想法(fa)(fa)設法(fa)(fa)把(ba)(ba)單(dan)(dan)(dan)位(wei)的(de)業(ye)務搞得有(you)(you)聲(sheng)有(you)(you)色。三(san)是(shi)項(xiang)目建(jian)設。董事長(chang)(chang)對銅資源綜(zong)合利用項(xiang)目、玉川集(ji)聚(ju)區項(xiang)目、年(nian)回收(shou)拆解20萬噸廢舊蓄電(dian)池項(xiang)目、金屬表面公(gong)(gong)司擴建(jian)等工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)做(zuo)了(le)具體部(bu)署,要求(qiu)各(ge)責(ze)任(ren)單(dan)(dan)(dan)位(wei)和責(ze)任(ren)人不等不靠(kao),主動(dong)擔責(ze),按照時間節(jie)點積極籌(chou)劃(hua),爭取項(xiang)目早投產(chan)(chan)、早見效。四(si)是(shi)廉潔(jie)自律。任(ren)何(he)單(dan)(dan)(dan)位(wei)、任(ren)何(he)人都(dou)要把(ba)(ba)公(gong)(gong)司的(de)各(ge)項(xiang)制度、工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)程序熟記于心,樹立責(ze)任(ren)感、擔當意識,兢(jing)兢(jing)業(ye)業(ye)把(ba)(ba)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)干好(hao),決不能(neng)有(you)(you)絲毫徇私舞弊的(de)想法(fa)(fa),要清正廉潔(jie)、堂(tang)堂(tang)正正為公(gong)(gong)司的(de)萬里長(chang)(chang)城做(zuo)貢獻。董事長(chang)(chang)最(zui)后對機(ji)構(gou)改革(ge)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)做(zuo)了(le)強調(diao),要求(qiu)全體員工(gong)把(ba)(ba)心思撲(pu)在工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)上,把(ba)(ba)精力(li)用在工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)上,眾(zhong)志成城,踔厲奮發(fa),推(tui)動(dong)企業(ye)持續穩健發(fa)展(zhan)。
