
安全生產人人有責 安全知識人人須知 ——鉛鋅事業部二區組織全員安全學習
為了(le)進一步加強員(yuan)工的安全(quan)意(yi)識,讓員(yuan)工把安全(quan)常識入腦入心,防止(zhi)各類事故的發生。近(jin)期,二區(qu)組織全(quan)員(yuan)利用班后(hou)業余時間分班組進行(xing)安全(quan)學習(xi)活動。
首先(xian),安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)員(yuan)王偉(wei)為在(zai)座人員(yuan)總結了(le)(le)2020年(nian)十(shi)二月份二區全(quan)(quan)(quan)員(yuan)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)筆試情況,闡述了(le)(le)考試的目(mu)的及重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)性,并(bing)(bing)一再強(qiang)調異地檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)組檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)不(bu)(bu)過關(guan)的全(quan)(quan)(quan)視為重(zhong)大隱患,要(yao)(yao)求各小組要(yao)(yao)營造“學(xue)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)、懂安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)、用(yong)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)”的氛圍。其次,在(zai)互(hu)動環節(jie)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)員(yuan)當場提問(wen)底二車(che)間班長(chang)所管控的最高風險(xian)(xian)(xian),抽樣調查(cha)個別崗位(wei)工(gong)對崗位(wei)風險(xian)(xian)(xian)、防范措施的了(le)(le)解度(du),并(bing)(bing)通過身邊事(shi)(shi)例生動形(xing)象地闡述了(le)(le)爐(lu)前、鍋(guo)爐(lu)、行(xing)車(che)、三輪車(che)等特(te)種崗位(wei)的崗位(wei)風險(xian)(xian)(xian)、管控措施等知識(shi)(shi)。最后,安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)員(yuan)再次宣(xuan)讀并(bing)(bing)闡述了(le)(le)《安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)生產雙(shuang)重(zhong)預防體(ti)(ti)系(xi)建(jian)設應知應會(hui)手(shou)冊》一書中(zhong)危險(xian)(xian)(xian)源(yuan)辨識(shi)(shi)相(xiang)關(guan)知識(shi)(shi),告誡(jie)全(quan)(quan)(quan)體(ti)(ti)員(yuan)工(gong)一定要(yao)(yao)遵守安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)規章制度(du)、加強(qiang)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)意識(shi)(shi)。他(ta)指出:“可能發生問(wen)題的地方(fang),一定會(hui)發生問(wen)題,只是時間問(wen)題。在(zai)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)問(wen)題上絕(jue)不(bu)(bu)能存(cun)在(zai)任何(he)僥(jiao)幸心里和(he)慣(guan)性思維,要(yao)(yao)掐斷(duan)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)事(shi)(shi)故源(yuan)頭,確保(bao)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)生產。”
通過(guo)學(xue)習,不但讓大(da)家(jia)明確了學(xue)習的(de)重要性,掌握了雙預(yu)防知(zhi)識(shi),還提高了大(da)家(jia)的(de)安(an)全(quan)生(sheng)產競爭意識(shi),更(geng)進(jin)一(yi)步提高了全(quan)員的(de)安(an)全(quan)素質。這為以(yi)后(hou)安(an)全(quan)生(sheng)產奠定了良好的(de)基礎,也讓每一(yi)位員工在自己的(de)崗(gang)位上(shang)工作(zuo)的(de)更(geng)加安(an)心。
