
開好班前會規范一整天
對于班(ban)(ban)(ban)組管理(li)而言,每天必(bi)不可少的(de)一項(xiang)工(gong)(gong)作就是進(jin)行班(ban)(ban)(ban)前(qian)會,通過開(kai)展班(ban)(ban)(ban)前(qian)會,使員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)安(an)(an)全意識和安(an)(an)全素養得(de)到提高,進(jin)一步激發員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)的(de)安(an)(an)全生(sheng)產的(de)積極性(xing)和主(zhu)動性(xing)。班(ban)(ban)(ban)前(qian)會也被稱為(wei)冶煉安(an)(an)全生(sheng)產的(de)“第一道工(gong)(gong)序”,是安(an)(an)全教育的(de)“第一課(ke)堂”,更是安(an)(an)全管理(li)的(de)“第一道防(fang)線”。
為增強安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)教(jiao)育(yu)的(de)針對性(xing)、實效性(xing),黃新千、王成龍班組把(ba)班前(qian)會作為上(shang)崗前(qian)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)第(di)一關、安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)教(jiao)育(yu)的(de)第(di)一課堂,職(zhi)工安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)教(jiao)育(yu)的(de)“小搖(yao)籃”,把(ba)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)知識細化并滲透(tou)到每(mei)個(ge)崗位操(cao)作細節,做到安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)班班講,安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)班班學,步驟(zou)不(bu)少,程(cheng)序不(bu)亂。在班前(qian)會推行“七步驟(zou)”流程(cheng),即點(dian)名(ming)、學習、員工精(jing)神狀態(tai)確(que)認、點(dian)評(ping)上(shang)一班工作、安(an)(an)(an)排當班工作、互聯互保(bao)(bao)關系確(que)認和誦讀安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)誓詞(ci),集(ji)體接(jie)班上(shang)崗,確(que)保(bao)(bao)每(mei)名(ming)職(zhi)工以安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)狀態(tai)上(shang)崗作業(ye)。
該(gai)班(ban)(ban)組積(ji)極(ji)探尋安(an)(an)全教育入(ru)心入(ru)腦的(de)(de)有(you)效路徑,按(an)照班(ban)(ban)前會召開(kai)流程,除了(le)傳達上級的(de)(de)有(you)關文件、會議精神(shen)外,安(an)(an)全知識(shi)天天學,通(tong)過學安(an)(an)全生產法律法規、指示精神(shen)、各級安(an)(an)全管理規定等(deng)安(an)(an)全應知應會安(an)(an)全知識(shi),增強職工(gong)安(an)(an)全意識(shi)。班(ban)(ban)前會上,通(tong)過“察言觀(guan)色”班(ban)(ban)班(ban)(ban)做,以點名(ming)答“到”的(de)(de)方(fang)式觀(guan)察職工(gong)精神(shen)面貌、身(shen)體(ti)狀況等(deng)是否正常,對存在問題的(de)(de)職工(gong)堅決不(bu)允許其(qi)上崗作業。
通過總(zong)結(jie)上一班(ban)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)、安(an)(an)排(pai)當班(ban)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)和安(an)(an)全(quan)重(zhong)點,明確當班(ban)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)任務、作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)業程序、人員安(an)(an)排(pai)、施工(gong)(gong)器具以及施工(gong)(gong)方法,把安(an)(an)全(quan)責(ze)任分配并(bing)落實到(dao)每(mei)個(ge)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)業人員身上,結(jie)合不(bu)同工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)內容(rong)進行安(an)(an)全(quan)防范提(ti)醒,在崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)描(miao)述(shu)上做(zuo)足(zu)文(wen)章(zhang),預判(pan)風險隱患(huan)排(pai)查(cha)重(zhong)點,糾正員工(gong)(gong)不(bu)規(gui)范行為,對(dui)安(an)(an)全(quan)站位(wei)(wei)和崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)描(miao)述(shu)等內容(rong)進行提(ti)問,讓(rang)每(mei)個(ge)職工(gong)(gong)掌(zhang)握(wo)排(pai)查(cha)消除(chu)各種安(an)(an)全(quan)隱患(huan)的知(zhi)識(shi)。
安全(quan)生產,永遠在(zai)路上。該班(ban)組將繼承傳統,發(fa)揚創新(xin)(xin),結合新(xin)(xin)版(ban)《標準(zhun)化班(ban)組建設手冊》嚴(yan)格執行,讓班(ban)前會的涓涓細語(yu)化為全(quan)體員工良好(hao)的安全(quan)意識和(he)安全(quan)習慣,為安全(quan)生產筑牢防御(yu)屏障,打下堅實基礎。
