
值得借鑒的原則
兒子(zi)大學畢業(ye)那年(nian),我陪兒子(zi)參加過一(yi)(yi)個人才交(jiao)流(liu)會,其中一(yi)(yi)家用(yong)(yong)(yong)人單位在招聘(pin)現場擺放著一(yi)(yi)個大型宣(xuan)傳板面,板面上的“用(yong)(yong)(yong)人原則(ze)”一(yi)(yi)欄(lan)格(ge)外引(yin)人注(zhu)目(mu):“用(yong)(yong)(yong)牛不用(yong)(yong)(yong)豬,用(yong)(yong)(yong)馬不用(yong)(yong)(yong)驢,用(yong)(yong)(yong)猴不用(yong)(yong)(yong)鼠。”好一(yi)(yi)個“三用(yong)(yong)(yong)三不用(yong)(yong)(yong)”原則(ze),如此的想象和比(bi)喻(yu)發(fa)人深思,耐(nai)人尋味,值得我們企(qi)業(ye)借鑒。
豬生(sheng)性懶惰喜吃愛(ai)睡。在(zai)現(xian)實(shi)生(sheng)活中(zhong),有(you)一種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)人(ren)(ren)(ren),不(bu)(bu)求(qiu)上進好吃懶做貪圖安逸(yi),偷(tou)奸耍滑出勤不(bu)(bu)出力,混(hun)(hun)(hun)吃混(hun)(hun)(hun)喝混(hun)(hun)(hun)報酬;驢生(sheng)性古怪暴躁愛(ai)踢愛(ai)叫(jiao)。諸多企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)中(zhong)不(bu)(bu)乏(fa)見(jian)到這樣一種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)人(ren)(ren)(ren),他們只會說大話使小(xiao)氣不(bu)(bu)干實(shi)事(shi),不(bu)(bu)遵章守(shou)規難以(yi)管理,甚(shen)至擺弄是非蠱惑人(ren)(ren)(ren)心,誹(fei)謗他人(ren)(ren)(ren)破壞團(tuan)結;老鼠(shu)雖(sui)靈巧但天生(sheng)賊性,愛(ai)打洞盜(dao)(dao)糧。企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)中(zhong)還有(you)一種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)人(ren)(ren)(ren),這種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)目光短(duan)淺心胸(xiong)狹隘且利欲熏心,陽奉(feng)陰違結黨營私,甚(shen)至鉆空(kong)子挖企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)墻角,盜(dao)(dao)竊他人(ren)(ren)(ren)成果和企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)財物。上述三種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)絕不(bu)(bu)能用,如若(ruo)錄用,企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)將(jiang)難以(yi)生(sheng)存,何談發展壯大,再宏偉的大廈也將(jiang)面(mian)臨挖空(kong)倒塌。

目前,我們(men)的(de)企業(ye)正處于轉型升級,跨越(yue)(yue)式(shi)發展的(de)關鍵時期,不(bu)妨借鑒這(zhe)“三(san)用三(san)不(bu)用”原(yuan)則,這(zhe)樣我們(men)的(de)企業(ye)如(ru)同成長(chang)中的(de)苗木營養(yang)豐富,枝(zhi)葉茂盛(sheng),充滿能(neng)量,并健康發展,真正步入快(kuai)車道(dao),只有這(zhe)樣我們(men)的(de)前景才會越(yue)(yue)來(lai)越(yue)(yue)光(guang)明,道(dao)路越(yue)(yue)走越(yue)(yue)廣闊,事業(ye)越(yue)(yue)干越(yue)(yue)輝煌。
