
集團公司3月份暨一季度生產經營會召開
本(ben)報(bao)訊 4月(yue)21日,集團公司(si)(si)3月(yue)份(fen)暨一(yi)季度生產經營(ying)會在新辦公樓三樓大會議室召開。集團公司(si)(si)班(ban)子(zi)成員,各(ge)子(zi)公司(si)(si)、各(ge)事(shi)業部(bu)(bu)、各(ge)科室處級以(yi)上干部(bu)(bu)參(can)加會議。集團公司(si)(si)董事(shi)長(chang)盧一(yi)明主持(chi)會議。
總(zong)經理(li)(li)盧振海(hai)通報了集團公(gong)(gong)(gong)司3月(yue)(yue)份暨一(yi)季度(du)(du)生產經營情況。3月(yue)(yue)份,集團公(gong)(gong)(gong)司整體生產形(xing)勢穩定。總(zong)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司方(fang)面精制酸、電解鉛、冰(bing)銅、精碲未(wei)完(wan)(wan)成計(ji)劃(hua)任務,其(qi)他8種(zhong)(zhong)產品(pin)超額完(wan)(wan)成計(ji)劃(hua)目(mu)標(biao);子(zi)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司除萬洋肥業外,其(qi)他單(dan)(dan)位(wei)均(jun)超額完(wan)(wan)成計(ji)劃(hua)任務。一(yi)季度(du)(du),與去(qu)年(nian)同期相(xiang)比,總(zong)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司因鉛鋅、銅事業部檢修等(deng)影響,4種(zhong)(zhong)產品(pin)未(wei)完(wan)(wan)成年(nian)度(du)(du)計(ji)劃(hua)的25%,子(zi)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司中(zhong)(zhong)有4個公(gong)(gong)(gong)司產品(pin)未(wei)完(wan)(wan)成年(nian)度(du)(du)計(ji)劃(hua)的25%。總(zong)經理(li)(li)認真總(zong)結分析了一(yi)季度(du)(du)銷售收入(ru)、產品(pin)成本(ben)、各項指標(biao)等(deng)方(fang)面的情況,要求各生產單(dan)(dan)位(wei)調整狀態、科學調度(du)(du),凝心聚力、想方(fang)設(she)法搞(gao)好安全、環保(bao)工作(zuo),合理(li)(li)部署,開動腦筋降低成本(ben)、緊(jin)追(zhui)欠(qian)產,確保(bao)完(wan)(wan)成上半年(nian)各項目(mu)標(biao);經營單(dan)(dan)位(wei)要審時(shi)度(du)(du)勢,把(ba)握市場脈搏,在“危”中(zhong)(zhong)求機,瞄準有利時(shi)機,主動出擊,爭(zheng)取最大利潤(run)。
董事長盧一明做重要(yao)(yao)講(jiang)話(hua)。他著重強(qiang)調(diao)(diao)五點:一是(shi)(shi)一把(ba)手(shou)是(shi)(shi)關(guan)鍵。今(jin)年的(de)(de)(de)利(li)潤(run)沒(mei)有和去(qu)年同期持平,二季(ji)(ji)度怎么補(bu)?各單(dan)(dan)位(wei)(wei)一把(ba)手(shou)3天(tian)內必(bi)須(xu)寫(xie)出欠產原(yuan)(yuan)因、補(bu)救(jiu)措施,把(ba)責任(ren)擔起來(lai),把(ba)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)搞(gao)上去(qu)。二是(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)銜接。集團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)公司(si)(si)的(de)(de)(de)文件下發后(hou),子公司(si)(si)是(shi)(shi)否銜接,企管辦要(yao)(yao)深入各單(dan)(dan)位(wei)(wei)調(diao)(diao)研(yan),不合(he)理的(de)(de)(de)要(yao)(yao)及時調(diao)(diao)整,決不能(neng)耽(dan)誤工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。三是(shi)(shi)招標(biao)。集團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)公司(si)(si)所有的(de)(de)(de)產品都必(bi)須(xu)走招標(biao)程序,不招標(biao)不付款。四(si)是(shi)(shi)原(yuan)(yuan)料工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。從(cong)各方面反映出來(lai)的(de)(de)(de)信息看(kan),原(yuan)(yuan)料購進(jin)會遇到困難。原(yuan)(yuan)料部要(yao)(yao)聚集體(ti)智慧(hui),變壓力(li)為動(dong)力(li),人人出主意想辦法,沒(mei)有過不去(qu)的(de)(de)(de)坎兒(er)。五是(shi)(shi)加大小金(jin)屬(shu)(shu)的(de)(de)(de)回(hui)收。去(qu)年鈀的(de)(de)(de)回(hui)收,效(xiao)益很好。貴(gui)金(jin)屬(shu)(shu)事業部、技術(shu)部要(yao)(yao)多(duo)學(xue)(xue)習、多(duo)研(yan)究,爭取提取更好地(di)小金(jin)屬(shu)(shu),增加公司(si)(si)效(xiao)益。董事長要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)各單(dan)(dan)位(wei)(wei),在(zai)(zai)決勝(sheng)二季(ji)(ji)度這個關(guan)鍵時刻,要(yao)(yao)“靠人、靠思維、靠執行(xing)力(li)”,認認真真鉆研(yan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),仔仔細細研(yan)究業務,把(ba)每名員工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)積極性(xing)調(diao)(diao)動(dong)起來(lai),把(ba)公司(si)(si)的(de)(de)(de)部署落實到位(wei)(wei)、執行(xing)到位(wei)(wei),采取措施在(zai)(zai)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)(wei)培養“互學(xue)(xue)互幫的(de)(de)(de)核(he)心(xin)團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)隊”,定能(neng)凝聚合(he)力(li)推動(dong)公司(si)(si)持續(xu)發展。
