
“三道防線”保障節日期間安全生產
雙節(jie)期間(jian),還一(yi)車(che)間(jian)把安(an)全管理(li)工作作為重(zhong)點來抓,從“重(zhong)防(fang)范、強教育、嚴管理(li)”三方面入手,構筑“三道防(fang)線”,高標(biao)準落實節(jie)日期間(jian)各(ge)項安(an)全措施,確(que)保(bao)節(jie)日期間(jian)生產(chan)安(an)全穩定順行。
重防范,構筑“監(jian)督檢(jian)查(cha)”防線
雙節(jie)前(qian),由車間(jian)(jian)領導帶隊,重(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)(dian)圍繞(rao)人的不(bu)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)行為(wei)、物的不(bu)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)狀態、環(huan)境的不(bu)良因素、管理的缺陷(xian)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)方位(wei)(wei)、全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)過(guo)程(cheng)排(pai)查(cha)(cha)可能導致事故發生(sheng)的風險點(dian)(dian),建立安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)風險清單(dan),逐(zhu)項落實管控措施;堅(jian)持定時檢查(cha)(cha)與動態巡查(cha)(cha)相結合,專項檢查(cha)(cha)與全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)面檢查(cha)(cha)相對應(ying)的方式(shi),嚴格排(pai)查(cha)(cha)隱(yin)患。在(zai)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)檢查(cha)(cha)過(guo)程(cheng)中,對生(sheng)產(chan)一線(xian)重(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)(dian)區域、重(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)(dian)崗位(wei)(wei)以及實際(ji)工(gong)作(zuo)中易出現(xian)的薄(bo)弱(ruo)環(huan)節(jie)進行地毯式(shi)排(pai)查(cha)(cha),對查(cha)(cha)出的安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)隱(yin)患,堅(jian)持“誰(shui)的問(wen)題(ti)誰(shui)負責,誰(shui)的隱(yin)患誰(shui)解(jie)決(jue)”的原(yuan)則,定措施、定時間(jian)(jian)、定責任,跟蹤整(zheng)改(gai)落實,做到過(guo)程(cheng)問(wen)題(ti)過(guo)程(cheng)解(jie)決(jue)、小問(wen)題(ti)不(bu)過(guo)班、大(da)問(wen)題(ti)不(bu)過(guo)天(tian),促使安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)隱(yin)患無處(chu)藏身(shen),為(wei)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)產(chan)打(da)牢基(ji)礎。
強教育,構(gou)筑“安全思想(xiang)”防(fang)線
還(huan)一車(che)(che)(che)間緊(jin)(jin)緊(jin)(jin)圍繞節日(ri)期間安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)生產特點,利用每周的生產例會(hui)、班前(qian)班后(hou)(hou)會(hui)講安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)知(zhi)識(shi)(shi),學習安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)事(shi)故,引導(dao)車(che)(che)(che)間全(quan)(quan)體員(yuan)工(gong)嚴防(fang)(fang)思(si)想麻痹、工(gong)作松勁、管(guan)理滑(hua)坡等現(xian)象。同時,還(huan)一車(che)(che)(che)間根(gen)據以往節日(ri)期間安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)管(guan)理經驗,加大違章考核(he)力度,并且持續(xu)深(shen)化安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)警示教育(yu)和(he)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)素質提升工(gong)作,普及安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)生產基礎防(fang)(fang)護知(zhi)識(shi)(shi),提高(gao)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)防(fang)(fang)范(fan)意識(shi)(shi);事(shi)業部的安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)員(yuan)也積極的參加班前(qian)班后(hou)(hou)會(hui),給(gei)員(yuan)工(gong)們(men)講安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)知(zhi)識(shi)(shi),增強員(yuan)工(gong)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)意識(shi)(shi),筑牢安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)思(si)想防(fang)(fang)線。
嚴管理,構筑“現場(chang)管控”防(fang)線(xian)
還一(yi)車(che)間(jian)緊(jin)密(mi)(mi)結合車(che)間(jian)生產(chan)實際,進一(yi)步(bu)加(jia)(jia)強領導(dao),強化措施,精心組織,周密(mi)(mi)部署,全面落實節日(ri)期間(jian)安(an)全生產(chan)各項工(gong)(gong)作(zuo):一(yi)方面要(yao)求值班(ban)主任加(jia)(jia)強對車(che)間(jian)內各崗(gang)位及(ji)關鍵設備的(de)(de)巡(xun)檢力度,尤其是夜間(jian),員工(gong)(gong)上班(ban)期間(jian)容易(yi)犯困,會給生產(chan)帶來很大的(de)(de)安(an)全隱患,因此(ci)要(yao)增(zeng)加(jia)(jia)巡(xun)檢的(de)(de)次數,以便及(ji)時(shi)掌(zhang)握現(xian)場的(de)(de)情況,及(ji)時(shi)處(chu)理(li);同時(shi),車(che)間(jian)還要(yao)求所有員工(gong)(gong)禁止在(zai)夜間(jian)登高或(huo)到視線不(bu)(bu)好(hao)的(de)(de)的(de)(de)地(di)方作(zuo)業,防止出現(xian)意(yi)外事故(gu)。另一(yi)方面,車(che)間(jian)要(yao)求班(ban)長(chang)在(zai)班(ban)前(qian)會或(huo)是在(zai)班(ban)中巡(xun)檢過程中,多(duo)注意(yi)觀察員工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)精神狀(zhuang)態(tai),遇到身(shen)體不(bu)(bu)適的(de)(de)員工(gong)(gong),及(ji)時(shi)了解(jie)情況,確(que)保做到安(an)全萬無一(yi)失。
