
回顧過去 展望未來 ——公司安全生產月總結暨安康杯競賽活動動員大會順利召開
7月(yue)15日,萬洋集團(tuan)(tuan)組織召開2020年安全生(sheng)產月(yue)總(zong)結暨安康(kang)杯競賽活動動員大會(hui)(hui),集團(tuan)(tuan)公(gong)司(si)安全管(guan)理中(zhong)心、工(gong)會(hui)(hui)、各(ge)事業部及(ji)各(ge)子(zi)公(gong)司(si)共(gong)60余人(ren)參加會(hui)(hui)議(yi)。會(hui)(hui)議(yi)由安全管(guan)理中(zhong)心主(zhu)任盧海(hai)軍主(zhu)持,集團(tuan)(tuan)公(gong)司(si)副(fu)總(zong)經理盧均勝出席(xi)會(hui)(hui)議(yi)并講話。
大會開(kai)始(shi),全體人(ren)員首先收看(kan)了《7.19義(yi)馬(ma)氣(qi)化廠特大爆炸警示》宣(xuan)傳片,然后由鉛鋅(xin)事業(ye)部副部長李(li)廣成(cheng)對鉛鋅(xin)事業(ye)部安全生產月活動(dong)開(kai)展(zhan)情(qing)況進行總結;由安全管理中心王勇宣(xuan)讀了《萬(wan)洋冶煉(lian)集團(tuan)安全生產專項整治三年行動(dong)計劃(hua)實施方案(an)》。
會上(shang)(shang),集團公(gong)司(si)副(fu)總經理(li)盧均勝(sheng)分別(bie)對(dui)(dui)上(shang)(shang)半(ban)(ban)年安(an)全(quan)(quan)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)開展進(jin)行點評,對(dui)(dui)安(an)康(kang)杯競賽和(he)下半(ban)(ban)年工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)進(jin)行安(an)排和(he)部署,并向安(an)全(quan)(quan)生(sheng)產月先進(jin)單位(wei)頒發獎金(jin),向各(ge)(ge)(ge)事(shi)業(ye)部及各(ge)(ge)(ge)子公(gong)司(si)發放安(an)全(quan)(quan)教育培訓書籍資料。他強調,今年上(shang)(shang)半(ban)(ban)年,在(zai)(zai)公(gong)司(si)領導和(he)各(ge)(ge)(ge)單位(wei)的(de)通力(li)協作(zuo)(zuo)下,公(gong)司(si)安(an)全(quan)(quan)生(sheng)產形勢總體穩定。在(zai)(zai)成績面(mian)前,我(wo)們應保持(chi)清醒的(de)頭腦,客觀看待,認真總結(jie),查找管理(li)上(shang)(shang)的(de)漏洞(dong)和(he)薄弱環(huan)節。下半(ban)(ban)年,我(wo)們要理(li)清思路,圍繞(rao)公(gong)司(si)《安(an)全(quan)(quan)生(sheng)產專項整治三年行動(dong)計劃實(shi)施方案(an)》,突出(chu)(chu)抓好工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)重點,強化安(an)全(quan)(quan)基(ji)礎支撐,補齊安(an)全(quan)(quan)生(sheng)產基(ji)礎薄弱的(de)突出(chu)(chu)短(duan)板(ban),筑牢安(an)全(quan)(quan)發展根基(ji),以“零容(rong)忍(ren)”的(de)態度推進(jin)各(ge)(ge)(ge)項工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),努力(li)實(shi)現(xian)安(an)全(quan)(quan)生(sheng)產“零事(shi)故”,再謀安(an)全(quan)(quan)發展新篇章。
最后,安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)管理(li)(li)中心(xin)主(zhu)任(ren)盧海軍對安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)產月活動做(zuo)總(zong)結報(bao)告(gao)。他指出,下(xia)半年的工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)要(yao)抓(zhua)好三個方面:一是(shi)抓(zhua)好現(xian)場(chang)管理(li)(li)。安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的戰場(chang)在現(xian)場(chang),想做(zuo)到安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)第一就得(de)抓(zhua)好現(xian)場(chang)。各(ge)單位(wei)(wei)要(yao)真正做(zuo)到一把手(shou)親(qin)(qin)自(zi)帶(dai)隊,重(zhong)大問題親(qin)(qin)自(zi)研究,重(zhong)要(yao)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)親(qin)(qin)自(zi)部署,重(zhong)點檢查親(qin)(qin)自(zi)參(can)加,切實(shi)(shi)肩負起安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)產責任(ren),把現(xian)場(chang)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)抓(zhua)緊、抓(zhua)實(shi)(shi)、抓(zhua)好。二(er)是(shi)抓(zhua)好基層管理(li)(li)。基層崗位(wei)(wei)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)要(yao)嚴(yan)格履行自(zi)身安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)產職責,嚴(yan)格遵守(shou)崗位(wei)(wei)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)規程,應(ying)知應(ying)會“手(shou)指口(kou)述”應(ying)保持常態化。落(luo)實(shi)(shi)班(ban)(ban)組和(he)崗位(wei)(wei)人(ren)員(yuan)交接班(ban)(ban)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)交底、班(ban)(ban)前會提示(shi)講解、班(ban)(ban)后會評(ping)點分析(xi)、以(yi)師(shi)帶(dai)徒等(deng)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)管理(li)(li)制度(du),確保基層崗位(wei)(wei)人(ren)員(yuan)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)業安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)。三是(shi)抓(zhua)好落(luo)實(shi)(shi)整(zheng)改。安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)整(zheng)改落(luo)實(shi)(shi)決不(bu)允許(xu)打折扣、走過場(chang)、留尾(wei)巴(ba),要(yao)堅決防(fang)止(zhi)前緊后松、虎頭蛇尾(wei),防(fang)止(zhi)敷衍了事、久拖不(bu)決,防(fang)止(zhi)只(zhi)(zhi)抓(zhua)下(xia)級(ji)不(bu)抓(zhua)自(zi)身,堅決杜(du)絕只(zhi)(zhi)布置不(bu)落(luo)實(shi)(shi)。
這次會議,既是一(yi)次以(yi)案說(shuo)法、以(yi)案促改的“警(jing)示(shi)會”,也(ye)是一(yi)次點評工作(zuo)、理(li)清思路的“總(zong)結會”,更(geng)是一(yi)次明(ming)確目標(biao)、細化任(ren)務的“部署會”。通過此次會議,公司上下統一(yi)思想(xiang)認識,明(ming)確工作(zuo)目標(biao),強化責任(ren)落實,按照時(shi)間進度和工作(zuo)要求(qiu)加快(kuai)推進,為完成各項安(an)全工作(zuo)目標(biao)任(ren)務奠定了良好(hao)基(ji)礎(chu)。
