6月13日,集(ji)團公司5月份生(sheng)產經營會(hui)在新辦公樓三(san)樓大(da)會(hui)議室(shi)召開。集(ji)團公司班子成員,各(ge)(ge)子公司、各(ge)(ge)事業部、各(ge)(ge)科室(shi)負責人參加會(hui)議。集(ji)團公司董事長盧一明主持會(hui)議。
總(zong)經(jing)理(li)盧振海通報(bao)了集團公(gong)(gong)司5月份生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)經(jing)營情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)。5月份,集團公(gong)(gong)司整(zheng)體生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)穩中(zhong)有進,11種產(chan)(chan)品(pin)除精鉍(bi)、銻白、黃金外(wai),其(qi)他(ta)8種產(chan)(chan)品(pin)超額完成月度計(ji)劃;子公(gong)(gong)司生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)形(xing)勢穩定,但與4月份相比(bi)有差距,除綠色能源(yuan)、鴻(hong)達公(gong)(gong)司、物流(liu)公(gong)(gong)司外(wai),其(qi)他(ta)6個(ge)子公(gong)(gong)司月度計(ji)劃落空(kong)。前5個(ge)月,總(zong)公(gong)(gong)司11種產(chan)(chan)品(pin),其(qi)中(zhong)8種產(chan)(chan)品(pin)比(bi)去年(nian)同(tong)期增(zeng)長(chang);子公(gong)(gong)司受疫(yi)情(qing)(qing)影響(xiang)僅(jin)有4個(ge)公(gong)(gong)司相比(bi)去年(nian)同(tong)期增(zeng)長(chang)。總(zong)經(jing)理(li)認真總(zong)結分析了前5個(ge)月銷(xiao)售(shou)收入、產(chan)(chan)品(pin)成本、消耗指標、經(jing)營狀(zhuang)況(kuang)等方(fang)面的(de)(de)情(qing)(qing)況(kuang),要求各(ge)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)單(dan)位在保證安(an)(an)全生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)的(de)(de)前提下,統(tong)籌安(an)(an)排、科學調度、降本增(zeng)效、積極(ji)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan),特(te)別是欠產(chan)(chan)的(de)(de)單(dan)位,要總(zong)結前5個(ge)月的(de)(de)經(jing)驗,調整(zheng)狀(zhuang)態,凝心聚力,緊追欠產(chan)(chan),爭取效益最(zui)大化。
