
集團公司7月份生產經營例會召開
本報訊 8月(yue)14日,集(ji)團公司7月(yue)份生產經(jing)營會(hui)在科研中心五樓會(hui)議室召(zhao)開(kai)。集(ji)團公司班子成員,各(ge)(ge)投資公司、各(ge)(ge)分廠、各(ge)(ge)科室負(fu)責(ze)人參加會(hui)議。董事長盧一明主持會(hui)議。
總(zong)(zong)經理(li)盧振(zhen)海通(tong)報7月份生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)經營情(qing)況。7月份公(gong)(gong)司積極(ji)迎接環(huan)保(bao)督察,部(bu)(bu)分(fen)產(chan)品(pin)雖未完成(cheng)月度計劃任務,但與去年同期相比,各(ge)(ge)分(fen)廠力戰酷暑、頑強拼(pin)搏,整(zheng)體情(qing)況較好,特別是(shi)粗鉛(qian)含銀(yin)增(zeng)長33.5%,硫(liu)酸增(zeng)長24.3%,冰銅(tong)增(zeng)長22.8%,氧(yang)化(hua)鋅增(zeng)長16.8%,粗鉛(qian)增(zeng)長12.8%,呈現出良(liang)好的(de)發展態勢。總(zong)(zong)經理(li)詳(xiang)細(xi)對比了各(ge)(ge)單(dan)位(wei)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)成(cheng)本(ben)、各(ge)(ge)項(xiang)指(zhi)標(biao)完成(cheng)情(qing)況,要求各(ge)(ge)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)單(dan)位(wei)要采(cai)取(qu)積極(ji)有效的(de)措施(shi),防止“跑冒滴漏”,降低生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)成(cheng)本(ben);要優化(hua)工藝管控,嚴(yan)格流程操作,把(ba)(ba)各(ge)(ge)項(xiang)棄渣(zha)指(zhi)標(biao)控制在公(gong)(gong)司規定的(de)范圍內,提高公(gong)(gong)司效益。針對今后的(de)工作,總(zong)(zong)經理(li)強調,一是(shi)保(bao)證(zheng)供銷(xiao)平衡。原(yuan)(yuan)料采(cai)購(gou)部(bu)(bu)門(men)(men)要及(ji)時關(guan)注庫存狀況,抓住機遇增(zeng)加(jia)庫存,保(bao)證(zheng)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)所需;銷(xiao)售部(bu)(bu)門(men)(men)要及(ji)早(zao)預(yu)測、做出判斷(duan),和原(yuan)(yuan)料采(cai)購(gou)相結(jie)合(he),保(bao)證(zheng)供銷(xiao)平衡。二是(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)單(dan)位(wei)完成(cheng)任務。各(ge)(ge)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)單(dan)位(wei)要搞好安全(quan)、環(huan)保(bao)工作,多措并舉(ju),加(jia)倍努(nu)力完成(cheng)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)任務,把(ba)(ba)效益抓回來。三是(shi)確保(bao)資(zi)金(jin)(jin)鏈暢(chang)通(tong)。近幾個月,資(zi)金(jin)(jin)清欠(qian)停(ting)滯(zhi)不前,原(yuan)(yuan)料部(bu)(bu)門(men)(men)要加(jia)快(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)清欠(qian)步(bu)伐,確保(bao)資(zi)金(jin)(jin)盡快(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)收回;財(cai)務部(bu)(bu)門(men)(men)要想法設法加(jia)快(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)資(zi)金(jin)(jin)周轉,確保(bao)資(zi)金(jin)(jin)鏈暢(chang)通(tong)。
黨委副書記盧廣清通(tong)報(bao)了投資(zi)(zi)公(gong)司(si)(si)情況。他指(zhi)出(chu),投資(zi)(zi)公(gong)司(si)(si)7月份具(ju)有三(san)個特點:一(yi)是(shi)(shi)生產任(ren)務(wu)和(he)月度計劃相比有差距,但(dan)和(he)去年(nian)同(tong)期相比有增(zeng)長(chang),尤其是(shi)(shi)利潤比去年(nian)同(tong)期增(zeng)長(chang)34.1%,增(zeng)幅明(ming)顯;二(er)是(shi)(shi)投資(zi)(zi)公(gong)司(si)(si)實(shi)現產值3.7億元,實(shi)現銷(xiao)售收入4億元,說明(ming)去庫存(cun)、強(qiang)化銷(xiao)售已成(cheng)為各(ge)投資(zi)(zi)公(gong)司(si)(si)工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)重點;三(san)是(shi)(shi)投資(zi)(zi)公(gong)司(si)(si)還存(cun)在不平衡性。綠(lv)色能源、肥(fei)業(ye)公(gong)司(si)(si)、合金(jin)公(gong)司(si)(si)等利潤增(zeng)長(chang)率高,但(dan)由于各(ge)種(zhong)原因,部分(fen)投資(zi)(zi)公(gong)司(si)(si)還存(cun)在虧損(sun),這說明(ming)各(ge)投資(zi)(zi)公(gong)司(si)(si)找準(zhun)短板(ban),加強(qiang)管(guan)理仍是(shi)(shi)工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)重中之重。對投資(zi)(zi)公(gong)司(si)(si)的(de)發展,盧書記強(qiang)調(diao),一(yi)是(shi)(shi)要(yao)搶抓市(shi)(shi)場機遇(yu)。肥(fei)業(ye)公(gong)司(si)(si)開(kai)展產品訂貨會、合金(jin)公(gong)司(si)(si)主(zhu)要(yao)領(ling)導(dao)親自跑(pao)市(shi)(shi)場,各(ge)投資(zi)(zi)公(gong)司(si)(si)要(yao)向這兩(liang)個公(gong)司(si)(si)學習,研究市(shi)(shi)場、分(fen)析市(shi)(shi)場、探(tan)索市(shi)(shi)場,抓住市(shi)(shi)場機遇(yu)搞好全方位銷(xiao)售;二(er)是(shi)(shi)組建能征善(shan)戰(zhan)的(de)銷(xiao)售隊伍,盡(jin)快開(kai)拓市(shi)(shi)場,占領(ling)市(shi)(shi)場;三(san)是(shi)(shi)研究政策,制定科學的(de)政策激(ji)勵機制,調(diao)動人(ren)員的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)積極性,謀求更好的(de)效益。
董(dong)(dong)事長盧(lu)一(yi)明做重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)講話。他著重(zhong)(zhong)強調(diao)幾點:一(yi)是(shi)(shi)(shi)降(jiang)本(ben)(ben)(ben)增(zeng)效。近年來(lai),公(gong)司(si)在環(huan)保、設(she)備等方面(mian)投入加大(da),怎樣把(ba)成本(ben)(ben)(ben)降(jiang)下來(lai)已成為工(gong)作的關鍵。董(dong)(dong)事長要(yao)(yao)(yao)求各單位(wei)一(yi)把(ba)手必須(xu)積極行動起(qi)來(lai),定指標、定任務、定計劃,針對降(jiang)本(ben)(ben)(ben)增(zeng)效拿出具體(ti)措施,一(yi)項(xiang)項(xiang)進行整改,同時要(yao)(yao)(yao)調(diao)動員(yuan)工(gong)降(jiang)本(ben)(ben)(ben)增(zeng)效的積極性(xing),將考(kao)核指標進一(yi)步細化,把(ba)降(jiang)本(ben)(ben)(ben)的效益(yi)分(fen)(fen)給(gei)員(yuan)工(gong)。要(yao)(yao)(yao)通過種種辦法,達(da)到降(jiang)本(ben)(ben)(ben)增(zeng)效的目的。二是(shi)(shi)(shi)培養銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)隊伍(wu)。銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)隊伍(wu)的培養迫在眉(mei)睫,各單位(wei)有銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)人才的要(yao)(yao)(yao)積極推薦(jian);銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)處(chu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)組織(zhi)購買(mai)鉛膏,保證(zheng)分(fen)(fen)廠生產所需。三是(shi)(shi)(shi)干(gan)部(bu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)不斷充電(dian)。加大(da)學習(xi)力(li)度是(shi)(shi)(shi)重(zhong)(zhong)中之重(zhong)(zhong),越是(shi)(shi)(shi)困難時期,干(gan)部(bu)更要(yao)(yao)(yao)注重(zhong)(zhong)自己(ji)學習(xi)、充電(dian)。10月份后,公(gong)司(si)將對現有干(gan)部(bu)一(yi)個(ge)個(ge)打分(fen)(fen)評價,競爭上崗,不適合崗位(wei)的要(yao)(yao)(yao)進行調(diao)整。董(dong)(dong)事長希望每名(ming)員(yuan)工(gong)都要(yao)(yao)(yao)樹立(li)“我是(shi)(shi)(shi)萬洋人,萬洋是(shi)(shi)(shi)我家”的主人翁(weng)意識,勤奮學習(xi),開拓進取,為公(gong)司(si)的進步發出光和熱。
