集團公司7月份生產經營例會召開
本報訊 8月14日,集(ji)團公司7月份生產(chan)經營會(hui)在科研中心(xin)五(wu)樓會(hui)議(yi)室召開(kai)。集(ji)團公司班(ban)子成員,各(ge)(ge)投資(zi)公司、各(ge)(ge)分廠、各(ge)(ge)科室負責(ze)人參加會(hui)議(yi)。董事長盧一明(ming)主持會(hui)議(yi)。
總經(jing)理(li)盧振海通(tong)報7月(yue)份生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)經(jing)營情況。7月(yue)份公司(si)積極迎接(jie)環(huan)保督察,部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)分產(chan)(chan)(chan)品雖(sui)未完成(cheng)(cheng)月(yue)度計劃任務(wu),但與去年同期相比(bi),各(ge)分廠力戰酷暑、頑強(qiang)拼(pin)搏,整體情況較好(hao)(hao),特別是粗(cu)鉛(qian)含銀(yin)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)33.5%,硫酸增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)24.3%,冰銅增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)22.8%,氧化鋅增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)16.8%,粗(cu)鉛(qian)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)12.8%,呈現出良好(hao)(hao)的發展態(tai)勢。總經(jing)理(li)詳細(xi)對比(bi)了各(ge)單(dan)位生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)成(cheng)(cheng)本、各(ge)項指標完成(cheng)(cheng)情況,要(yao)求(qiu)各(ge)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)單(dan)位要(yao)采取積極有(you)效的措(cuo)施,防止“跑冒(mao)滴漏(lou)”,降低生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)成(cheng)(cheng)本;要(yao)優(you)化工藝管控(kong),嚴格流程操作(zuo),把各(ge)項棄渣指標控(kong)制在(zai)公司(si)規定(ding)的范圍內(nei),提(ti)高公司(si)效益(yi)。針對今后的工作(zuo),總經(jing)理(li)強(qiang)調,一是保證供銷(xiao)平衡。原(yuan)料采購(gou)(gou)部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)門(men)(men)要(yao)及時關注(zhu)庫存狀況,抓住機(ji)遇增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)庫存,保證生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)所需(xu);銷(xiao)售部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)門(men)(men)要(yao)及早預測、做出判斷,和(he)原(yuan)料采購(gou)(gou)相結合,保證供銷(xiao)平衡。二是生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)單(dan)位完成(cheng)(cheng)任務(wu)。各(ge)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)單(dan)位要(yao)搞好(hao)(hao)安全、環(huan)保工作(zuo),多措(cuo)并(bing)舉,加(jia)倍努力完成(cheng)(cheng)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)任務(wu),把效益(yi)抓回來。三是確(que)保資(zi)(zi)(zi)金鏈暢(chang)(chang)通(tong)。近(jin)幾個月(yue),資(zi)(zi)(zi)金清(qing)欠停(ting)滯不(bu)前(qian),原(yuan)料部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)門(men)(men)要(yao)加(jia)快(kuai)(kuai)清(qing)欠步伐(fa),確(que)保資(zi)(zi)(zi)金盡快(kuai)(kuai)收回;財務(wu)部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)門(men)(men)要(yao)想法(fa)設(she)法(fa)加(jia)快(kuai)(kuai)資(zi)(zi)(zi)金周轉,確(que)保資(zi)(zi)(zi)金鏈暢(chang)(chang)通(tong)。
黨(dang)委副(fu)書記盧廣清通(tong)報了投資(zi)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)情況。他指(zhi)出,投資(zi)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)7月(yue)份具有三個特點:一是(shi)(shi)生產(chan)任(ren)務和(he)月(yue)度(du)計劃(hua)相(xiang)比有差距,但(dan)(dan)和(he)去年同期(qi)相(xiang)比有增長(chang),尤其是(shi)(shi)利潤比去年同期(qi)增長(chang)34.1%,增幅(fu)明(ming)顯;二是(shi)(shi)投資(zi)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)實現產(chan)值3.7億元(yuan),實現銷售(shou)收(shou)入4億元(yuan),說明(ming)去庫存(cun)、強化(hua)銷售(shou)已成為各(ge)投資(zi)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)重(zhong)點;三是(shi)(shi)投資(zi)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)還存(cun)在不(bu)平衡性。綠色能(neng)源、肥業(ye)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)、合金公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)等利潤增長(chang)率高,但(dan)(dan)由于(yu)各(ge)種原因,部分(fen)(fen)投資(zi)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)還存(cun)在虧(kui)損,這說明(ming)各(ge)投資(zi)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)找準短板(ban),加強管(guan)理仍是(shi)(shi)工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)重(zhong)中之(zhi)重(zhong)。對投資(zi)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)的(de)發展,盧書記強調,一是(shi)(shi)要搶抓(zhua)市場(chang)(chang)機遇。肥業(ye)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)開(kai)展產(chan)品(pin)訂(ding)貨(huo)會、合金公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)主要領(ling)導(dao)親自跑市場(chang)(chang),各(ge)投資(zi)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)要向(xiang)這兩個公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)學(xue)習,研究市場(chang)(chang)、分(fen)(fen)析市場(chang)(chang)、探索市場(chang)(chang),抓(zhua)住(zhu)市場(chang)(chang)機遇搞好全方(fang)位銷售(shou);二是(shi)(shi)組建能(neng)征善戰的(de)銷售(shou)隊伍,盡快開(kai)拓市場(chang)(chang),占領(ling)市場(chang)(chang);三是(shi)(shi)研究政策(ce),制定科學(xue)的(de)政策(ce)激勵(li)機制,調動人員的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)積極性,謀(mou)求更(geng)好的(de)效益(yi)。
董(dong)事長(chang)盧一明做重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)講(jiang)話。他著重(zhong)(zhong)強調幾點:一是(shi)(shi)降本(ben)(ben)增(zeng)效(xiao)(xiao)。近年(nian)來(lai),公(gong)(gong)司在環(huan)保(bao)、設備等方面(mian)投入加大(da),怎樣把(ba)成(cheng)本(ben)(ben)降下(xia)來(lai)已成(cheng)為(wei)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作的(de)(de)(de)(de)關鍵。董(dong)事長(chang)要(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)各單位一把(ba)手(shou)必須(xu)積(ji)極(ji)行動起來(lai),定指(zhi)(zhi)標(biao)、定任務(wu)、定計劃,針對(dui)降本(ben)(ben)增(zeng)效(xiao)(xiao)拿出具體措施(shi),一項(xiang)項(xiang)進(jin)行整改(gai),同時(shi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)調動員工(gong)(gong)(gong)降本(ben)(ben)增(zeng)效(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)積(ji)極(ji)性,將考核指(zhi)(zhi)標(biao)進(jin)一步細化,把(ba)降本(ben)(ben)的(de)(de)(de)(de)效(xiao)(xiao)益分給員工(gong)(gong)(gong)。要(yao)(yao)(yao)通(tong)過種種辦法(fa),達到降本(ben)(ben)增(zeng)效(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)(de)。二是(shi)(shi)培(pei)養銷售(shou)(shou)隊(dui)伍。銷售(shou)(shou)隊(dui)伍的(de)(de)(de)(de)培(pei)養迫在眉睫,各單位有銷售(shou)(shou)人才的(de)(de)(de)(de)要(yao)(yao)(yao)積(ji)極(ji)推薦(jian);銷售(shou)(shou)處要(yao)(yao)(yao)組(zu)織購買鉛膏,保(bao)證分廠生產所需。三是(shi)(shi)干(gan)(gan)部(bu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)不斷充(chong)電(dian)。加大(da)學(xue)習力度(du)是(shi)(shi)重(zhong)(zhong)中之重(zhong)(zhong),越是(shi)(shi)困難時(shi)期,干(gan)(gan)部(bu)更要(yao)(yao)(yao)注重(zhong)(zhong)自己學(xue)習、充(chong)電(dian)。10月份后,公(gong)(gong)司將對(dui)現有干(gan)(gan)部(bu)一個個打分評價,競爭上崗(gang),不適合崗(gang)位的(de)(de)(de)(de)要(yao)(yao)(yao)進(jin)行調整。董(dong)事長(chang)希望每(mei)名員工(gong)(gong)(gong)都要(yao)(yao)(yao)樹(shu)立“我(wo)是(shi)(shi)萬(wan)洋人,萬(wan)洋是(shi)(shi)我(wo)家”的(de)(de)(de)(de)主人翁意(yi)識(shi),勤奮學(xue)習,開拓進(jin)取,為(wei)公(gong)(gong)司的(de)(de)(de)(de)進(jin)步發出光和熱。
