      下面(mian)我(wo)就(jiu)公(gong)司(si)2019年的(de)主要工作(zuo)講(jiang)幾(ji)點意(yi)見:

      一、認(ren)清形勢,明確責任,凝心聚力(li),迎接挑(tiao)戰(zhan)

      同(tong)志們,市場(chang)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)殘酷的(de)、市場(chang)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)無情的(de),但越(yue)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)困難的(de)時候,越(yue)要(yao)(yao)堅(jian)定(ding)信心(xin)(xin)、認清(qing)形(xing)勢,堅(jian)持一(yi)(yi)(yi)切以(yi)效(xiao)益為(wei)(wei)(wei)中心(xin)(xin),緊密(mi)團結(jie),砥礪奮進,一(yi)(yi)(yi)定(ding)會(hui)創(chuang)造(zao)奇跡(ji)。一(yi)(yi)(yi)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)堅(jian)決完成(cheng)(cheng)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)任(ren)務。現在(zai)比任(ren)何時候都重(zhong)要(yao)(yao),各生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)的(de)一(yi)(yi)(yi)把手要(yao)(yao)有(you)(you)擔當,有(you)(you)作為(wei)(wei)(wei),敢為(wei)(wei)(wei)人先,按(an)照生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)任(ren)務增長10%的(de)要(yao)(yao)求去部(bu)(bu)署、去落實,早打算(suan)、早研(yan)究、早準備,爭取工作的(de)主(zhu)動(dong)(dong)權(quan),想(xiang)法設(she)(she)法堅(jian)決完成(cheng)(cheng)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)任(ren)務,既(ji)定(ding)的(de)任(ren)務目標決不(bu)能(neng)落空。二是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)加(jia)大研(yan)究,完成(cheng)(cheng)三、六分(fen)(fen)廠(chang)改造(zao)收尾工程。三分(fen)(fen)廠(chang)粗銅爐、六分(fen)(fen)廠(chang)側吹爐改造(zao)已(yi)基(ji)本完成(cheng)(cheng),科技(ji)(ji)、生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)等(deng)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)不(bu)要(yao)(yao)被困難嚇(xia)倒(dao),時刻記住(zhu):三個(ge)臭皮匠頂(ding)個(ge)諸(zhu)葛(ge)亮,要(yao)(yao)靠謀略,積極探索,奮起直(zhi)追,一(yi)(yi)(yi)季(ji)度前(qian)要(yao)(yao)把三、六分(fen)(fen)廠(chang)的(de)問題全部(bu)(bu)解決,早日為(wei)(wei)(wei)公司創(chuang)造(zao)效(xiao)益。三是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)完成(cheng)(cheng)重(zhong)點工程建(jian)設(she)(she),為(wei)(wei)(wei)企業轉型打下基(ji)礎。一(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)基(ji)建(jian)、項目協調小組等(deng)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)要(yao)(yao)盡快完成(cheng)(cheng)萬洋(yang)鼎盛(sheng)公司(中原國(guo)際白銀城)建(jian)設(she)(she),從而(er)吸引全國(guo)客商齊聚濟(ji)源,把萬洋(yang)打造(zao)成(cheng)(cheng)全國(guo)最(zui)大的(de)銀加(jia)工生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)基(ji)地(di)和貿易中心(xin)(xin),拉動(dong)(dong)地(di)方經濟(ji)發展;一(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)硒(xi)百(bai)康。有(you)(you)機硒(xi)項目通過省級創(chuang)新研(yan)發機構評(ping)審,硒(xi)百(bai)康系列產(chan)品(pin)獲得(de)“名優硒(xi)產(chan)品(pin)”“特色硒(xi)產(chan)品(pin)”稱號。目前(qian)我們在(zai)高新區(qu)申(shen)請土地(di),加(jia)快硒(xi)產(chan)品(pin)的(de)研(yan)發與生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)。下一(yi)(yi)(yi)步重(zhong)點要(yao)(yao)在(zai)市場(chang)推廣上下大力氣,建(jian)立網絡銷售(shou)體系,同(tong)時要(yao)(yao)推進高新技(ji)(ji)術企業申(shen)報,增加(jia)企業科技(ji)(ji)含量,打造(zao)跨行業一(yi)(yi)(yi)流(liu)企業。

      二、創(chuang)新管(guan)理新思路(lu),加快子公(gong)司發展

      2018年各子(分(fen))公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)面對下行壓力(li),以市(shi)(shi)場為(wei)導向,以效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)益(yi)為(wei)中心(xin),強化(hua)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li),提質增效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),取(qu)得(de)了較好的(de)(de)(de)成(cheng)績(ji)。綠色能源(yuan)(yuan)實(shi)現(xian)利(li)潤(run)9000余萬,華申電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)呈現(xian)出(chu)良好的(de)(de)(de)增長態(tai)勢,讓人欣(xin)慰(wei)。但是我們(men)要(yao)(yao)看到,子公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)發(fa)展(zhan)不平衡,整體盈利(li)能力(li)偏弱,有(you)些公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)還未扭虧(kui)為(wei)盈。子公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)作為(wei)集(ji)(ji)團公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)發(fa)展(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)重要(yao)(yao)力(li)量,仍肩負著重大的(de)(de)(de)責(ze)任(ren)。在(zai)子公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)上(shang)(shang),我強調幾(ji)點:一(yi)(yi)是統一(yi)(yi)思想(xiang),強化(hua)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)增效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)益(yi)。各子公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)要(yao)(yao)把思想(xiang)統一(yi)(yi)到集(ji)(ji)團公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)的(de)(de)(de)高度(du)(du)上(shang)(shang)來,形成(cheng)集(ji)(ji)團公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)一(yi)(yi)體化(hua),從財務到招標,嚴格按照集(ji)(ji)團公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)的(de)(de)(de)部署(shu)去落實(shi)。今年,我們(men)將推行經(jing)(jing)理(li)(li)(li)(li)負責(ze)制(zhi)實(shi)施辦(ban)法,堅(jian)持經(jing)(jing)營效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)益(yi)與每個單位負責(ze)人和(he)(he)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)團隊(dui)績(ji)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)獎金(jin)直接掛鉤,層層落實(shi),調動員(yuan)工的(de)(de)(de)積極(ji)性(xing),凝(ning)聚發(fa)展(zhan)合力(li)。二是加強應(ying)收(shou)賬款管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li),提高資金(jin)使用(yong)(yong)率(lv)。應(ying)收(shou)賬款管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)能反(fan)映(ying)企業的(de)(de)(de)經(jing)(jing)營能力(li)和(he)(he)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)率(lv)。各子公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)要(yao)(yao)認真分(fen)析(xi)、摸清(qing)底數,正確衡量信用(yong)(yong)成(cheng)本和(he)(he)信用(yong)(yong)風險,強化(hua)算(suan)賬意識,建立(li)(li)合同管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)制(zhi)度(du)(du)、應(ying)收(shou)賬款分(fen)析(xi)制(zhi)度(du)(du),明確責(ze)任(ren)人及獎罰,及時收(shou)回(hui)賬款,確保(bao)資金(jin)良性(xing)循環(huan)。三是建立(li)(li)銷(xiao)售(shou)隊(dui)伍,積極(ji)拓展(zhan)市(shi)(shi)場。我們(men)的(de)(de)(de)短板(ban)是沒有(you)培養(yang)出(chu)銷(xiao)售(shou)團隊(dui)。企業是員(yuan)工努(nu)力(li)工作,銷(xiao)售(shou)團隊(dui)是培養(yang)商(shang)人。我們(men)的(de)(de)(de)產品(pin)有(you)蓄電(dian)池、金(jin)銀制(zhi)品(pin)、化(hua)肥(fei)、硒百康等等,馬上(shang)(shang)打造的(de)(de)(de)中原白銀城,怎樣(yang)培養(yang)銷(xiao)售(shou)團隊(dui)很關鍵(jian)。我之前(qian)就提出(chu)千人計(ji)劃(hua),銷(xiao)售(shou)團隊(dui)要(yao)(yao)達到一(yi)(yi)千人以上(shang)(shang),絕(jue)不能上(shang)(shang)班時上(shang)(shang)班、下班回(hui)家、吃飯睡(shui)覺,只干好自己的(de)(de)(de)分(fen)內工作。我們(men)要(yao)(yao)加大銷(xiao)售(shou)團隊(dui)培訓(xun),把短板(ban)補起來,一(yi)(yi)定要(yao)(yao)培養(yang)出(chu)千人以上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)銷(xiao)售(shou)團隊(dui),培養(yang)出(chu)商(shang)人,建立(li)(li)自己的(de)(de)(de)銷(xiao)售(shou)網點,占據市(shi)(shi)場。

       三、積極研究(jiu)市場,爭(zheng)取(qu)效益(yi)最大化

      原料采購對產值(zhi)的(de)影(ying)響很大,是(shi)(shi)基礎的(de)基礎,產品銷售(shou)更是(shi)(shi)決(jue)勝終端的(de)較量。總經理經常(chang)講:買(mai)來(lai)效(xiao)益,賣出效(xiao)益,原料、銷售(shou)可以說是(shi)(shi)企業效(xiao)益的(de)源泉,這塊做不好,全盤皆輸。在原料、銷售(shou)管(guan)理上,我強調幾點:一(yi)是(shi)(shi)抓信息(xi)。二是(shi)(shi)加(jia)大小(xiao)金屬的(de)購買(mai)。三是(shi)(shi)做好銷售(shou)。

      四、強(qiang)化管(guan)理(li),增強(qiang)企業效益

    (一(yi))加強(qiang)財務管理,確保資金安全

      資(zi)金是(shi)企(qi)業賴以(yi)生存的命脈,抓(zhua)(zhua)(zhua)好財務(wu)管理(li)(li)十分重要(yao)(yao)。一是(shi)緊抓(zhua)(zhua)(zhua)清欠。2018年我(wo)們僅回收欠款(kuan)105萬元,仍有大(da)量的資(zi)金滯留。市(shi)場形(xing)勢(shi)嚴峻(jun),現(xian)金是(shi)我(wo)們工作的重中(zhong)之重,必須加大(da)清欠力度。二是(shi)最(zui)大(da)的效益來自財務(wu)部(bu)。財務(wu)處一要(yao)(yao)緊抓(zhua)(zhua)(zhua)財政(zheng)補(bu)貼。二要(yao)(yao)積極研究稅收政(zheng)策。三要(yao)(yao)減少財務(wu)成本。三是(shi)減少一切(qie)非生產性開支。2019年創新、智能、環保資(zi)金不(bu)能少,其他全(quan)部(bu)從簡處理(li)(li)。

  ;   (二)改革(ge)挖潛,節能(neng)降耗

      2018年(nian)各項環(huan)保(bao)設施已正(zheng)常運行(xing)(xing)(xing),脫硫劑、脫硝劑、電、氣、煤、水等各種消耗(hao)大(da)幅上(shang)升,企業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)成(cheng)本(ben)居(ju)高不(bu)下(xia)。同(tong)(tong)志們(men),我(wo)們(men)必須(xu)“動(dong)大(da)板筋”,深入改革(ge)挖潛,尋找節能降(jiang)耗(hao)的(de)(de)辦法,打(da)好“降(jiang)成(cheng)本(ben)、減(jian)虧損”戰(zhan)役。一是(shi)(shi)(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)成(cheng)本(ben)還要(yao)壓(ya)縮。二(er)是(shi)(shi)(shi)加大(da)設備管理,提高設備運轉率。三是(shi)(shi)(shi)強化執行(xing)(xing)(xing)。我(wo)們(men)不(bu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)沒有(you)好的(de)(de)制(zhi)度,但是(shi)(shi)(shi)缺(que)乏執行(xing)(xing)(xing)。單位一把(ba)手要(yao)考慮效益的(de)(de)來源,一級一級管不(bu)好,執行(xing)(xing)(xing)不(bu)力(li),出(chu)現管理斷(duan)檔,堅決不(bu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)。在這個關鍵(jian)時(shi)刻,我(wo)要(yao)求生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)與各分廠、各分廠與各車間簽訂(ding)合同(tong)(tong),落(luo)(luo)實節能降(jiang)耗(hao)的(de)(de)具體(ti)措施,嚴(yan)格實行(xing)(xing)(xing)監督檢查(cha),按規(gui)章條款辦事,誰浪費誰負責。降(jiang)成(cheng)本(ben)是(shi)(shi)(shi)一場(chang)革(ge)命,成(cheng)本(ben)居(ju)高不(bu)下(xia)有(you)問(wen)題,生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)要(yao)一個個單位去(qu)追(zhui)查(cha)、去(qu)研究、去(qu)落(luo)(luo)實,把(ba)各項費用(yong)壓(ya)到最低,這樣我(wo)們(men)才有(you)效益。

      2018年(nian)公(gong)(gong)司“處理鉛膏(gao)的(de)(de)方(fang)法(fa)”發(fa)(fa)明(ming)專利通過實(shi)質審(shen)查,重(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)(dian)實(shi)驗室通過評審(shen)、省級(ji)工(gong)程中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)(xin)獲(huo)批立項(xiang),這些都(dou)很(hen)(hen)好(hao),我(wo)(wo)很(hen)(hen)高興。馬(ma)云在(zai)(zai)2018世界(jie)人(ren)工(gong)智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)大會(hui)上(shang)表示(shi):未來成(cheng)功的(de)(de)制造(zao)(zao)業(ye)(ye)一定(ding)是(shi)(shi)用(yong)好(hao)智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)技(ji)(ji)術的(de)(de)企業(ye)(ye),不會(hui)用(yong)智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)技(ji)(ji)術的(de)(de)企業(ye)(ye)將全部進(jin)入失敗領域。這說明(ming)什(shen)么?創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)、智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)已成(cheng)為關乎企業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)死存亡(wang)的(de)(de)較量。2019年(nian),我(wo)(wo)們(men)把智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)、創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)列為重(zhong)(zhong)中(zhong)(zhong)之(zhi)重(zhong)(zhong)。有的(de)(de)同志問什(shen)么是(shi)(shi)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)?在(zai)(zai)我(wo)(wo)們(men)萬洋(yang),發(fa)(fa)明(ming)也好(hao),引進(jin)也好(hao),只(zhi)要能(neng)(neng)(neng)減(jian)少人(ren)力、物力、財(cai)力,只(zhi)要能(neng)(neng)(neng)節能(neng)(neng)(neng)降耗、降低生(sheng)產(chan)成(cheng)本(ben)的(de)(de),都(dou)是(shi)(shi)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)。創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)不僅是(shi)(shi)科技(ji)(ji)層面(mian)的(de)(de),包括(kuo)方(fang)方(fang)面(mian)面(mian),我(wo)(wo)們(men)的(de)(de)任務(wu)還(huan)很(hen)(hen)重(zhong)(zhong)。一是(shi)(shi)科技(ji)(ji)、生(sheng)產(chan)、六(liu)分廠等單位要自(zi)我(wo)(wo)加(jia)壓,鼓足干勁,謀(mou)劃(hua)新(xin)(xin)點(dian)(dian)子(zi),想出新(xin)(xin)辦(ban)法(fa),采取新(xin)(xin)舉措,加(jia)大小(xiao)金(jin)屬回收的(de)(de)研究(jiu),“吃干榨凈”,增加(jia)公(gong)(gong)司效益。二是(shi)(shi)公(gong)(gong)司生(sheng)產(chan)系(xi)統自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)改(gai)造(zao)(zao)。我(wo)(wo)們(men)很(hen)(hen)早就提出自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)改(gai)造(zao)(zao)和(he)調度中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)(xin)建設,但遲(chi)遲(chi)沒有進(jin)行。今年(nian)生(sheng)產(chan)、科技(ji)(ji)要緊密(mi)結合,快馬(ma)加(jia)鞭,推(tui)動(dong)公(gong)(gong)司自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)改(gai)造(zao)(zao)深入開(kai)展,力爭生(sheng)產(chan)集中(zhong)(zhong)調度中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)(xin)盡快投運。三是(shi)(shi)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)考核管理辦(ban)法(fa)。今年(nian),我(wo)(wo)們(men)要改(gai)革(ge)考核管理,取消(xiao)級(ji)別工(gong)資,一切用(yong)效益去考核,多(duo)勞多(duo)得(de),不能(neng)(neng)(neng)再吃大鍋飯。同志們(men)要把一切精(jing)力放(fang)在(zai)(zai)工(gong)作(zuo)上(shang),集中(zhong)(zhong)所有智(zhi)(zhi)慧,推(tui)動(dong)公(gong)(gong)司創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)、智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)化(hua)進(jin)程,提升企業(ye)(ye)盈(ying)利能(neng)(neng)(neng)力。

      (四(si))嚴格招標,管控成本

      在(zai)招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)標(biao)(biao)上(shang),我(wo)強(qiang)調(diao)幾點:一(yi)是直(zhi)(zhi)供(gong)直(zhi)(zhi)銷。供(gong)應(ying)處、招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)標(biao)(biao)辦(ban)(ban)要全部下去跑市(shi)場,到廠家去考(kao)察(cha)(cha)、調(diao)研,嚴把(ba)質量(liang)關,從源(yuan)頭采購正規廠家的東西(xi),實行(xing)直(zhi)(zhi)供(gong)直(zhi)(zhi)銷,減少中間商(shang)供(gong)貨。二是擴(kuo)大參與招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)標(biao)(biao)范(fan)圍。招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)標(biao)(biao)辦(ban)(ban)要嚴格執行(xing)招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)標(biao)(biao)管理制度(du),通過(guo)多種途徑擴(kuo)大參與招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)標(biao)(biao)的企(qi)業。三是加強(qiang)巡視(shi)(shi)、督察(cha)(cha)。巡視(shi)(shi)組、審計處要介(jie)入(ru)招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)標(biao)(biao),大小物資一(yi)項(xiang)項(xiang)排查(cha),發現一(yi)起處理一(yi)起,堅決維(wei)護公司利(li)益。

      (五)堅守安全、環保紅線不動搖(yao)

      安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)最大的(de)(de)效益,環(huan)(huan)保(bao)(bao)(bao)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)國家大事,是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)長期的(de)(de)政(zheng)治(zhi)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)、環(huan)(huan)保(bao)(bao)(bao)當前工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)重點,也是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)今后工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)重中之重。一(yi)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)增強(qiang)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)、環(huan)(huan)保(bao)(bao)(bao)意(yi)識(shi)。各單位要開好安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)、環(huan)(huan)保(bao)(bao)(bao)會,不(bu)定時出(chu)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)、環(huan)(huan)保(bao)(bao)(bao)方(fang)面的(de)(de)測(ce)試(shi)題(ti)(ti)(ti),把安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)、環(huan)(huan)保(bao)(bao)(bao)責任落實到(dao)每(mei)個人(ren)身上(shang),迫使大家提高(gao)思想認識(shi)。二是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)加(jia)強(qiang)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)、環(huan)(huan)保(bao)(bao)(bao)管理。打(da)鐵還需自(zi)身硬(ying)。安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)、環(huan)(huan)保(bao)(bao)(bao)、各生產單位要積極主動加(jia)強(qiang)管理,認認真真排查(cha)(cha)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)隱(yin)患(huan),認認真真管理環(huan)(huan)保(bao)(bao)(bao)設備、設施,把各級的(de)(de)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)、環(huan)(huan)保(bao)(bao)(bao)檢查(cha)(cha)形(xing)成(cheng)常規,把萬洋打(da)造成(cheng)樣板企業。三(san)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)重罰是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)硬(ying)道理。安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)、環(huan)(huan)保(bao)(bao)(bao)沒有討價還價的(de)(de)理由。安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)、環(huan)(huan)保(bao)(bao)(bao)的(de)(de)一(yi)系(xi)列問(wen)題(ti)(ti)(ti)都是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)干部的(de)(de)責任心問(wen)題(ti)(ti)(ti),沒有責任心,啥工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)也干不(bu)好。在(zai)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)、環(huan)(huan)保(bao)(bao)(bao)上(shang),每(mei)個人(ren)都要樹立高(gao)度(du)的(de)(de)責任心,全(quan)(quan)心全(quan)(quan)意(yi)為公司(si)負責,一(yi)旦出(chu)現問(wen)題(ti)(ti)(ti),一(yi)票否決,從(cong)嚴處理,絕不(bu)留情。

      五、干部管理

      六、“十三五(wu)”發展目標

      2019年(nian)是(shi)新(xin)(xin)中國(guo)成立70周年(nian),也是(shi)實(shi)施“十(shi)三五”規劃最關鍵的一(yi)年(nian)。我們要高舉習近(jin)平(ping)新(xin)(xin)時代中國(guo)特色社(she)會主義光輝旗(qi)幟,開啟新(xin)(xin)時代,創新(xin)(xin)發展(zhan)新(xin)(xin)方式,樹立企(qi)業(ye)轉型升(sheng)級的新(xin)(xin)思想、新(xin)(xin)思維、新(xin)(xin)任務(wu),立足(zu)于(yu)早,著眼(yan)于(yu)高,超前(qian)謀(mou)劃,重點(dian)突破。一(yi)心(xin)一(yi)意(yi)抓好項目建設,降成本、補短(duan)板,提升(sheng)經營環境,以技術創新(xin)(xin)、產品(pin)創新(xin)(xin)來推動企(qi)業(ye)轉型升(sheng)級,為實(shi)現“萬(wan)(wan)洋(yang)夢”貢獻智慧力量。力爭在“十(shi)三五”末,產值(zhi)達到300億,再造(zao)一(yi)個萬(wan)(wan)洋(yang),跨入中國(guo)企(qi)業(ye)500強(qiang)。
