
集團公司11月份生產經營例會召開
本報訊12月(yue)8日,集團(tuan)公(gong)司(si)(si)(si)11月(yue)份生產經營例會(hui)(hui)在新辦公(gong)樓(lou)三樓(lou)大會(hui)(hui)議室召開。集團(tuan)公(gong)司(si)(si)(si)全體班子成員,各投資(zi)公(gong)司(si)(si)(si)負責人,各分廠、機關各單位副科(ke)級以上管理干部(bu)及成本會(hui)(hui)計參(can)加會(hui)(hui)議。集團(tuan)公(gong)司(si)(si)(si)董事長盧一(yi)明主持會(hui)(hui)議。
會上,總(zong)(zong)經(jing)理(li)盧振海通報了集(ji)團公司(si)(si)11月(yue)份及(ji)1-11月(yue)份生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)經(jing)營情(qing)況。11月(yue),總(zong)(zong)公司(si)(si)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)狀況較好,粗(cu)鉛含銀、白銀、粗(cu)硒產(chan)(chan)(chan)量刷新(xin)歷史記(ji)錄;子公司(si)(si)情(qing)況不是很理(li)想,除鴻(hong)達公司(si)(si)、鴻(hong)海貿易(yi)外,其他子公司(si)(si)月(yue)度(du)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)計劃落空。盤(pan)點1-11月(yue),整體(ti)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)任務完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)情(qing)況不容樂觀,列入(ru)統計的(de)(de)23種產(chan)(chan)(chan)品,預計僅有9種能(neng)完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)年(nian)度(du)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)計劃。總(zong)(zong)經(jing)理(li)系統地總(zong)(zong)結分(fen)析(xi)了前11個月(yue)產(chan)(chan)(chan)量、利(li)潤、消耗、各(ge)項(xiang)指標(biao)、成(cheng)(cheng)本費用(yong)等方面的(de)(de)情(qing)況,指出2018年(nian)是不尋常的(de)(de)一(yi)年(nian),受國家環保政策緊(jin)縮、公司(si)(si)擴建(jian)技改項(xiang)目多、經(jing)濟形勢(shi)惡化等因素制約,公司(si)(si)的(de)(de)發(fa)展(zhan)舉(ju)步(bu)維艱。總(zong)(zong)經(jing)理(li)要(yao)求各(ge)單位(wei)要(yao)提高認識(shi),加倍努力,做好節能(neng)降耗、安(an)全(quan)環保工(gong)作,為2018年(nian)交(jiao)上滿意(yi)的(de)(de)答(da)卷。
董事(shi)長(chang)盧一明(ming)做(zuo)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)講(jiang)話。他(ta)著(zhu)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)強(qiang)調六(liu)點:一是(shi)加強(qiang)管(guan)(guan)控(kong),堵塞(sai)漏洞。2018年總(zong)公(gong)(gong)司、子公(gong)(gong)司的(de)(de)(de)(de)效(xiao)益(yi)(yi)分別(bie)是(shi)去(qu)年的(de)(de)(de)(de)30%、55%,生(sheng)產成本、貨物(wu)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)、沖洗礦(kuang)粉車(che)等方面(mian)(mian)(mian)也暴露出隱患,董事(shi)長(chang)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)用強(qiang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)理、嚴的(de)(de)(de)(de)制(zhi)度、重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)罰的(de)(de)(de)(de)措施(shi)去(qu)管(guan)(guan)理,堵塞(sai)漏洞,增加企業(ye)效(xiao)益(yi)(yi);二是(shi)企業(ye)最(zui)大的(de)(de)(de)(de)效(xiao)益(yi)(yi)來自財(cai)務(wu)部。財(cai)務(wu)處要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)積(ji)(ji)極(ji)學習研究國(guo)家政策、管(guan)(guan)控(kong)好(hao)成本、緊抓子公(gong)(gong)司財(cai)務(wu),通過種(zhong)種(zhong)措施(shi),把(ba)控(kong)住效(xiao)益(yi)(yi);三是(shi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)獎(jiang)節(jie)約。公(gong)(gong)司面(mian)(mian)(mian)臨的(de)(de)(de)(de)困難(nan)比任(ren)何時候都大。各單(dan)(dan)位要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)積(ji)(ji)極(ji)進行技(ji)(ji)術(shu)改(gai)造(zao)、工(gong)藝創(chuang)新(xin),節(jie)能降(jiang)耗,降(jiang)低生(sheng)產成本,2019年要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)拿(na)出單(dan)(dan)位節(jie)約的(de)(de)(de)(de)1%-5%進行獎(jiang)勵(li),通過獎(jiang)勵(li)把(ba)成本管(guan)(guan)控(kong)嚴、管(guan)(guan)控(kong)好(hao);四是(shi)嚴格(ge)執行招(zhao)標(biao)制(zhi)度。招(zhao)標(biao)辦(ban)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)弄清楚公(gong)(gong)司物(wu)資未進行招(zhao)標(biao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)有(you)(you)多少(shao)(shao)、廠家直供(gong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)有(you)(you)多少(shao)(shao)、中(zhong)間商代理的(de)(de)(de)(de)有(you)(you)多少(shao)(shao),招(zhao)標(biao)辦(ban)、供(gong)應(ying)處結合深入市場調研,爭取(qu)直供(gong)直銷;五是(shi)智能創(chuang)新(xin)列為重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)中(zhong)之重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)。董事(shi)長(chang)指出只要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)能大大地減(jian)(jian)少(shao)(shao)生(sheng)產成本、減(jian)(jian)少(shao)(shao)人力(li)物(wu)力(li)、提升(sheng)效(xiao)益(yi)(yi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)就是(shi)創(chuang)新(xin)。2019年創(chuang)新(xin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)獎(jiang)金、智能技(ji)(ji)術(shu)發明(ming)、環(huan)保投入這三項(xiang)不能少(shao)(shao),其他(ta)方面(mian)(mian)(mian)從簡處理,全(quan)力(li)支持創(chuang)新(xin);六(liu)是(shi)近期工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)安(an)(an)(an)排。要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求15號前(qian),各單(dan)(dan)位把(ba)明(ming)年的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)計劃、從哪方面(mian)(mian)(mian)降(jiang)低生(sheng)產成本、工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)需要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)解決(jue)的(de)(de)(de)(de)問題寫(xie)出來交企管(guan)(guan)辦(ban),便(bian)于(yu)公(gong)(gong)司研究、決(jue)策。董事(shi)長(chang)還對改(gai)革考核管(guan)(guan)理辦(ban)法、聽取(qu)職工(gong)意見(jian)、安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)生(sheng)產等工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)做(zuo)了(le)部署(shu)。
